Thank you for a perfect stay. The rooms are brand-new and fashionable. Immaculately clean bathroom. Favorable and incredible location to area attractions in town. Near local restaurants and all downtown and terminal.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Perfect for two people on r&R. The location to downtown was perfect. The view of the water/harbor very relaxing.

We enjoyed the bar lounge upon returning to the hotel at night. It would have been nice to have it stay open until 12:00. When we were there, 8 people arrived just before 11:00 and were turned away.

The rooms were modern and had a balcony with a view of the pier. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator available in our room. The hotel is conveniently located near historic Portsmouth, with shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

I greatly enjoyed marvellous and absolutely perfect location of this hotel.

Had a fairly nice stay for a short weekend getaway, everything was awesome. The room was beautifully designed and reasonably spacious with a kitchen included. Location: the hotel was near the downtown area, tourist attractions, and downtown shops.

Room size was small. Picture on website was deceiving. it appears as if you can see the waterfront from your room. Also appears that room at lobby is right on the water front. It is not. Hotel is overpriced. I stayed at the Hilton Boston BayBack and it was much nicer and cheaper.

Got a great deal on our stay here. Overall, we had an amazing time during our visit in January. the staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. 👍

Best location in Portsmouth. Shops, restaurants and historic area all close by everything is walking distance.

location to downtown

pillows/bedding was not as soft as I remember years ago.

I had a pretty good stay here, got great value for my money and the staff were amazing and really friendly.

Convenience to Portsmouth local area events. Enjoyed show at The Music Hall and dinner nearby.

ENjoyed the Bodyworks Cafe, but am concerned that we did not get a receipt for the massage services and am nervous about what charges are on my credit card as a result.

Hard to say. I was glad just to get away and I accomplished that.

The windows were nearly impossible to open and close. The heater/ac was blowing out cold air when it should have been hot. The television was a huge pain, and the remote was nearly useless. My toast was incredibly soggy with my breakfast. I assume this is because it was put undercover with my poached egg, but this doesn't excuse anything. The room was small and dark for the price. I've paid $100 dollars less per night for ocean views, better food and better amenities. This was a huge disappointment.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton! The sales department was incredibly responsive, providing rooming lists and even surprising us with champagne and strawberries. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially Ben, Kasey, Tiffany, Paige, Nick. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion!

Portsmouth Haborside although slightly pricey was an excellant place to stay. It was very convenient in it's location to the city of Portsmouth. Nice to in walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Would definately recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
